There are really too many variables involved to have an absolute temp
for lethal effects on bees outside the lab. In the lab you can bake them
in controlled conditions and get excellent data. In the "wild" you have
wind, humidity, sun, clouds, bee exertion, etc..

So you can have an outside temp of 116.6F and bees surviving or
succumbing, depending on the actual heat load. But that temp does give
you a frame of reference.

Which I think was the root of the original question. I lose track on
these threads after a while.
