I am sure that this demonstrates all kinds of scientific principals,
not the least of which is hand/eye coordination. I am speaking of
the "egg toss". This is an outdoor activity involving 2 people or 2
teams. The teams stand opposite each other about 15 feet apart. One
team tosses the egg (underhand only) to the other team. If the team
catches the egg they toss it back, and if it is again caught, each
team steps back 2 paces and the tossing begins again...2 paces
back...etc. This can get messy, but it can also get very exciting
and is a lot of fun. One on One is exciting and really gets the
crowd of onlookers worked up. Teams can also catch the egg in a
sheet or blanket held by 4 people which requires coordinated movement.
Wheeee!!!..Don
