Yesterday's Dover ruling is unlikely to be appealed further up the court
system. The current school board there has no plans to do so (voters gave
the boot to the previous board that instituted this ID nonsense). Whether
someone else tries the same thing somewhere else remains to be seen, as does
whether Pat Robertson will pray for the death of the judge in the Dover
case.
