Hello Bill,

Welcome to Tucson. You are getting a good dose of Tucson Summer - 'cold
turkey' so to speak. I hope you and your family are enjoying it. It only
gets better from here, really.

About 16 years ago Sandy Caesar took me around the 'Future Center' at
the Franklin. That was my first exposure to a system that actively tried
to track an individual's visit. I don't believe that system tried to
tailor content with the information gathered. Since you are of late from
Franklin you probably know quite a bit about how successful that was.
What was your impression of that system? Is it still employed? My
impression was that the technology wasn't quite there yet 16 years ago.
Maybe now it would not be problem.

I look forward to meeting you sometime.

Joe Ruggiero
former Director of Exhibits, and Associate Director
Flandrau Science Center
