The second symphony was released on an EMI LP, with Klemperer conducting.
It was coupled with a string quartet (#7, I think).  The symphony was
heavily influenced by Mahler.  The Merry Waltz, which is on the cpo CD,
also appeared on LP and was not, IMO, very aptly named.  I don't know
that either ever made it to CD or if they did, they're apparently nla.
