Bernard Chasen answers Richard Pennycuick's query about "Billy the Kind"
with his usual grace and knowledge.  However, I had the strong feeling
that Richard's tongue was planted firmly in his cheek at the typo which
produced "Billy the Kind."

Bernard's response:
