 Teresa,

It IS hard to find exhibits of that size out there. In fact, there is a session dedicated to the needs of smaller institutions at the upcoming AAM conference in Indianapolis, and there is a subcommittee also meeting together I believe--the Directors of Small Museums during the time in Indy as well.

Cincinnati Museum Center is not a small institution, but we hear the call of the smaller museums, and have always tried to address the needs of interactive, 3-D exhibits for smaller spaces to accommodate so that smaller places are not always having to reach for 2-D flat exhibitions by making multiple sized copies of exhibits (ie: a 5,000 AND a 2000 sq. ft version of the same subject.)

Please feel free to contact me off-list and I would be happy to share the range of exhibits we offer in the 2,500 sq ft and under set--we have 7 offerings currently.
In fact, we are contracting to tour manage for Harvard Museum of Natural History for two of their new traveling exhibits--both at about 1,500 sq. feet.

Best regards to all,

Elisabeth
