Informal Learning Experiences, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm, 
seeks a Consultant Associate. The Associate will work closely with the President, 
Robert “Mac” West, on a wide variety of projects for museums and similar 
organizations across the U.S. Responsibilities include contact with and assistance 
to the firm’s consulting clients; maintenance and operation of the firm’s IT 
systems, including a LAN and various software packages; operations of the 
subscription-based Traveling Exhibitions Database; editorial assistance with The 
Informal Learning Review; processing subscriptions for both publications; 
assistance with reports and documentation; and representation of the firm by phone 
and email as well as at regular national meetings.
