What do science museums with laboratories where chemicals are handled do
about complying with the OSHA requirements to have a chemical hygiene
plan and a
chemical hygiene officer?

If you are not familiar with these requirements, the Laboratory Safety
Institute can send you a free copy of an article that summarizes the
regulation.
