hi,

I work at the California Science Center and we will be opening a K-5 elementary school in about four weeks. This school, the Science Center School, is a neighborhood charter that is part of the Los Angeles public school system (LAUSD). The school was developed as a partnership between the public school district and the Science Center.

Please respond to me off the Listserv for more info.

Can anybody provide me with information about museum schools? I am
interested in finding out about projects where museums work closely with
particular schools in their locality with lessons or school projects based
in the museum. I have heard of a number of such schemes but haven't been
able to find any information.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Ben Gammon
