Hi Bill,

Would you consider mailing a copy of the CD to Canada?	CD and mailing costs
will be reimbursed.

My second question relates to a pamphlet that was being handed out at the
1992(?) SHA conference in Vancouver, Canada. The pamphlet was announcing
the up coming publication release of a book documenting registered bottle
patents for Australia.	I kept the pamphlet for years and contacted the
historical society (name?) shortly after the conference, two years later and
again about 4 years later. The response was always that it was it is the
process of being completed. I was wondering if anyone knows if this book
was ever published?

Thanks,
Mike Will
