Subject: Spanish vs. Anglo-American butchery
To: [log in to unmask]

Dear All,

I am writing to ask for your help. I am currently completing the faunal

analysis for Zuni Pueblo (AD 1350-1900). My analysis includes patterns of

representations of domestic versus wild taxa, flock management, and
butchery.

My questions are in two areas.

1. Can anyone direct me to faunal studies describing the differences bettwen
the Spanish and Anglo-American bucthery patterns?

2. Are there any faunal studies for the historic Pueblos in the Rio Grande

Valley that I can compare my data with?

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
