I assume you mean the "diamond-IO mark" : <(I)>
Is there a period (dot) after the 1 ? Is the base stippled? if so, you'll
have to look closely for the period dot, it should be larger than the
stipple dots tho.
If there is a period after....it's probably 1941.
Sorry, dont know anything about plant 19 tho...but #19 has been found on
other OI bottles...so Toulouse must have missed a plant...or 2. ??
I assume Bill Lockhart (who knows way more about this company's codes than
I do) will reply with comment....and perhaps be of some help with the
mystery plant.
