A food grade epoxy can be used to coat the extractor tank. Also I think if
you check at most sheet metal shops they would fabricate a stainlees steel
tank to replace your galvanized one. Kelley might also fabricate you a
tank.
Cost might be the limiting factor. You can likely buy a used stainless
extractor for less than reworking a galvanized tank. Then sell the old
extractor, they usually bring $50.00 to $100.00
