You should pose this question to Bill Bernacchi
of B&B Honey Farm. You can e-mail him at

   [log in to unmask]

He is one of the larger US dealers in HFCS,
and knows all the technical specs by heart.
He is sure to have a drawer-full of information.

All I know is that there is lots of "off-spec"
stuff out there for all sorts of obscure uses,
and that buying "scrap sugar" or "cheap feed"
are possibly the most costly mistakes a
beekeeper could ever make.

When in doubt, considering buying from Bill,
knowing that he has not only been
consistently true to his word, but also
has looked me in the eye multiple times,
and has yet to blink.
