I am considering a wireless mic system for our video karaoke stage. The
distance between the performer and the receiver would be tiny and there
would be no physical obstructions between receiver and transmitter. I am
looking at Shure since their wired mics are widely considered to be the most
durable. Durability is the key.

Choosing a wireless mic system is actually rather complex. Has anyone done
this, and if so what was your experience? Is going wireless worth it?
