or are the hiring rules different on TV?
i also thought this had something to do with parasites, when i first saw the header...
maybe they don't want anyone so stuck in a career track that they wouldn't be willing to throw it all away for a few minutes of fame (& potential ridicule) "doing it on the discovery channel" (how did that song go?) - hence "youthful" - while female leads might bring inevitable comparisons to poster-girl lara croft...?
