An article on how to make a simple earth resistivity meter appeared in Everyday Practical Electronics Jan & Feb 1997. The author is Robert Beck.

I would be interested in hearing from anybody who has used a meter made from these published specifications.

I know that there are many alternative solutions to, and within, earth resistivity surveying and that Robert Beck published a more advanced design in EPE March & April 2003.

However it is the 1997 design that I want information about.

Also - does anybody know how to contact Robert Beck?
