I am currently working on my master's thesis (Historic Preservation) at the University of Kentucky.

I am researching a 1827 purpose built Tavern on the Lexington- Cincintti Road. The building is still standing and my thesis is an adaptive reuse of the building. I am interested in information on other taverns (standing or not) from the 1800 - 1840 time period, including archeaelology, floor plans, inventories, etc.
