I don't have the answer, but you should contact Carol McDavid, or David
Bruner at the University of Houston. Either one should be able to answer
your question. They are in charge of  Archaeology at the Freedmans Town
project here in Houston.  Since both students and volunteers are involved in
excavation at the site, they should be able to tell you what companies you
should contact.
