Did you do a search on www.google.com?
One link led to an advertisement for it, dated 1930, which mentions that 6
million people enjoyed Cascade Pale Dry Ginger Ale in an emerald green bottle.

It sounds to be well entrenched by 1930, but other parts of the web page
mention it as Cascade Bottling Co from 1930-1931, and Cascade Ginger Ale
Co., from 1932-1933. Edward Bates Proprietor. It also lists them at 435
Margaret Street, along with Buffalo Rock Bott. Co. at the same address.
Another web page mentions they made Pale Dry and Golden ginger ales which
were being sold in New Mexico.
