"Tartan Day, New York City, 1999     This was the first parade in NYC for
Tartan Day, sponsored by Tennant's beer. The actor Cliff Robertson was the
Grand Marshall. Of course, we finished up at St. Andrew's to celebrate a
great parade."

      A following year actor Sean Connery was Grand Marshall.
