Play on words: rum ruim. Ruim is when you're sick and tired in Brazil,
instead of "muito bem". I guess the question might be which river, the
Potomac or the Miami you might be across from, the event, both in
Washington, D.C. and Miami. Miami just covered up its native "shark shrine"
so I am going to assum you're near D.C. and near (?) where I just recently
read the Heye Foundations Library, now part of the National Native American
Indian Museum, located on Westchester Square, Bronx, NY, will be moved,
Suitland, MD.
