Are Ravi and Mitch talking of different halls?  If not, what *does* it
cost to park in the Kennedy Center garage?  $15?  $8?

It's been a while since I've been there but I used to park on 23rd Street,
where parking was free after 6:30 and either walk or take the shuttle
bus from the nearby Foggy Bottom Metro stop.
