Yes wool kilts are scratchy....ha ha...hence the use of a linen long shirt
underneath.
On the kilt making website's I checked...one stated "nine yards are
needed"...while another (in my prior post) stated it was "9 sq yards" (2 yd
wide x 4.5 yd long)....so why couldnt this be feasible??
