Fine - but what if conventional wisdom states that, yes, this was some sort
of engine (or pump), but it powered a craft that brought humans to the
planet, or was used to generate power for a time/space continuum machine?
Simply, that pryramids and Nazca lines are aligned just so they will serve
as markers for returning extraterrestrials! Goes along with deciding that
moundbuilding culture could never have been the native indigenous population
in this hemisphere. We are not so smart... and, just occasionally
politically, and ideologically, motivated.
