ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The Ontario Science Centre is beginning to re-evaluate some of our Member communication pieces. We are wondering how other Science Centres are handling Member communications (namely newsletters, magazines, updates - both print and electronic). What methods of communication do you employ with your members? Print? Electronic? Both? Are your members pleased/satisfied with the communications they
receive? How have you measured this? What are the main purposes of your newsletter? mass email messages? magazines? What type of feedback have you received from Members about what they want in terms of newsletters/communications? Do your newsletters contain information specific only to your organizations, or do you communicate local/world science and technology news? Are your
newsletters/magazines created for parents? children? youth? families?
Thank you very much in advance for your time in assisting us with this survey.
