I would point you toward the ExNet exhibit program at the Exploratorium. Our
Museum Floor Manager just came back from a great training session
specifically for floor staff that we were able to participate in as a
benefit of having ExNet exhibits in our center.

Do you know of any examples of traveling exhibits that have included
substantial professional development programs for floor staff as part of the
package (beyond a basic staff guide)?
