Sorry about the last message. I just got back on line. That is the the
National Maritime Historical Society in Peekskill, NY. A bag full of body
parts was found dumped the same night at the other end of the bridge across
the river and I'm not sure if they ever caught that guy. Manitou is the
community on top of Andre's Nose next to Camp Smith. It's anothe word for
"Great Spirit"  or according to Webster "a supernatural force that according
to the Algonquian conception pervades the atural world" from the Ojibwa.
