On my "Favorite Quotes" page I have a selection of wonderful writings by
literary greats.  I suspect that most on this list will relate to them,
either because they are historical, archaeological or theoretical in
nature.  Graduate students in anthro should take special note of the quotes
by Vanuxem and Cooper.  Twain's "flying esophagus" is just plain
wierd.  They really don't write like they used to!
