On BBC TV Channel 4 there was a 1972 Stokowski concert.  It was in colour,
live at the London Royal Festival Hall and Stokowski was an animated 92
years old.

I liked the way he played an imaginary flute to signal that the flute
player should take a bow at the end.  The pieces I managed to see were
the Meistersinger overture and Prelude Faune.
