Dear ISEN people,
I need to make up a couple of tubes containing a light scatterer.
One will be for a "sunset" experiment, shining white light in one
end and having red light emerge from the far end, while blue
light is scattered to the sides. The other will be much less dense,
and is to show a red laser beam traversing it in an exhibit floor demo.
The tube length would be approx. 60 cms/2 feet and
diameter 5 - 7 cms/2 - 3 inches, I guess.
Can anyone help with the formula for good and stable scatterers for
these two tubes? I would be eternally grateful!
Peter Anderson
