"1954 recording of Passio Secundum Matthaeum, i.e. St. Matthews
Passion by the Wien Philharmonic, conducted by Wilhelm Furtwangler.
The text on the outside of the case is a mixture of German and
English. Label is Europa Music. Features vocalists Elisabeth
Grummer, soprano, Marga Hoffgen, contralto, Anton Dermota, tenor,
Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, baritone and Otto Edelmann, bass."

What can I expect from this recording?
