Hi George:

In reference to your comments:

Is the tryptophan that many consumed last week the cause of all this?

Doing a Google search using the terms ‘honey pizza’ and ‘honey gravy’
brings up some info for you cooks out there in cyberland. Interestingly,
many of the honey gravy recipes are for turkey dishes. What a coincidence,
huh?

A few years back an old-timer here in Anchorage fed his bees sugar syrup
mixed with orange juice to produce ‘orange juice honey’.

This next spring, of course, we will probably again be receiving Bee-L
posts from people asking about using maple sap to produce ‘maple syrup
honey’.

Regards,
Dick Allen
