Hello,

I was wondering why one might choose an uncapping knife over an
uncapping plane or vice versa?  They are generally comparable in cost,
though the way most of the catalogs describe them there is a suggestion
that the plane is more efficient.  I would appreciate any wisdom on the
subject (lets face it I could use some wisdom on almost any subject!)
