A friend of mine asked if I'd put this out.  She's a textile researcher and is trying to build up her library.  If anyone knows of a copy she could purchase or acquire through ILL to scan let me know.  If she can obtain a copy to scan, she'll make a digital copy for the owner if they haven't already got one.

I am still trying to find the following. I will pay almost any fee to get 
it.. This one is sometimes confused with NESAT 5 (which I already have) as 
they are both from Neumünster.

The only library copy that I've been able to locate is in Germany.. and my 
library will not do international. I would strongly prefer to borrow so 
that I can make my own scanning, but if the only way that I can get it is 
photocopy... well so be it.
