I recently found a book on the subject that I wish I
had written (Arrg!):
Jarvis, William E.
2003 Time Capsules: A Culture History. McFarland &
Company, Inc., Publishers: Jefferson, North Carolina
and London.
We excavated a time capsule last year. I have the
letter report or my MAAC paper I can send off list to
anyone who is interested.
