There's also a Williamson+ Violin Concerto accompanying VCs by Lennox
Berkeley (1903-89); and Andrezj Panufnik (1914-91).* Yehudi Menuhin, vln
& Sir Adrian Boult/Sir Andrezj Panufnik* cond.  Menuhin Festival Orchestra
& London Philharmonic Orchestra+ (EMI Classics CDM 5 66121 2).  It
shouldn't be that hard to find.

But I do agree that, esp. going on the PC, a lot more should be available.
