What if any responsibility does a CRM professional (archaeologist,
architectural historian, etc.) have for old reports? For instance, if
it becomes clear that parts of a report were incorrect, is there any
obligation to publish an errata?

If so I, for one, have a lot of work to do!!!

But really, what can you do? I have corrected phase ii errors in the phase
III report, and edited errors out when I reprinted things. But it wouldn't be
possible to go back and, with the wisdom of experience and hindsight, fix
EVERYTHING...
