There is also quite a bit on nectar and its production in Hive and Honey
Bee. In some cases nectar is turned on and off at certain times of the
day. Some plants bloom to take advantage of pollinators, including
blooming at night.
The one thing I took away from it is how much we do not know about the
"Why" but have plenty of observations of what happens.
