Hi Keith & all

I personally do not use eyelets, but when I first changed over to nylon I
tried several different thicknesses to establish what would cut into the
wood and what would not.

My 0.45 mm nylon cuts into the wood only a very small amount... I use 1.5 mm
holes and if I were making the drilling jig over again I would use 1 mm or
even 0.8 mm.
