Dave Lampson wrote about pianists recording Sibelius:

I'm almost certain that the Erik Tawaststjerna who did the recordings
was the son of Erik Tawaststjerna the Sibelius scholar.  Although I
didn't really know him, he was a student at Juilliard during at least
part of the time I was there, and is likely still alive.
