Part Time Tutors - Maritime Archaeology

As part of the continued expansion of our teaching and research activities
in historical archaeology and maritime archaeology, the Department of
Archaeology currently has part time teaching opportunities in the field of
maritime archaeology (multi-period). The Department is a major
international research centre for maritime archaeology, offering an MA in
Maritime Archaeology and History, as well as undergraduate units in
maritime archaeology and a thriving programme of field schools and day
schools. Opportunities range from one or two days per year to more regular
involvement. Full details about the Department are online at
http://www.bris.ac.uk/Depts/Archaeology/

Tutors should hold, or be close to completing, a PhD in maritime
archaeology. Statements of interest and CVs should be sent by email to Dr
Dan Hicks, Lecturer in Archaeology, Department of Archaeology, University
of Bristol, UK. Email: [log in to unmask]
