What Tim said, in spades.  There I was all ready to dribble (er, speak) my talk
at 8:10 a.m.  No, that wasn't the problem, it was dashing from convention center
to Narragansett B or C to discover the paper I was trying to hear was half over
or already over.  I hope that the reorganization of the plenary is not what
caused so many people to think they could play fast and loose with the program.
 It is, as Tim says, incredibly unfair to conference attendees.
