Dave has the title correct. I bought my copy through Musicweb
(http://www.musicweb-international.com) which delivered very promptly.
I strongly endorse John's opinion of it. This is not the sort of
hagiography we see so often when various people who knew the subject
talk about what a warm and wonderful person he is/was, and suggest
nomination for sainthood. It is, to use an overused word, a major
documentary.
