1) Matthias Goerne, Graham Johnson 1996
2) Hermann Prey, Wolfgang Sawallisch

The Goerne is more declamatory, the Prey more melodious.  I tend to
prefer Goerne, but at times find myself captivated by the Frey.

His passing not too long ago was a great loss.
