Scott Morrison enthused about an Albany CD of Stevens' chamber music
and declared that he would be looking for more of his music.
Berkshire has three CDs, all of which are worth getting, IMO - they're
still available: I just checked. They contain (a) the Cello Concerto
and Symphony of Liberation; (b) the Dance Suite, Piano Concerto and
Variations; (c) Theme and Variations for String Quartet, String Quartet
#2 and Lyric Suite for String Trio. Searching for "Stevens, Bernard"
will avoid Halsey Stevens, Ronald Stevenson, Rise Stevens and a few
others.
