Very little information available.

 Sounds disruptive to the hive. Remove each frame and soak frame & bees .
Repeat in seven days for a total of three treatments.

I can see the Missouri beekeeper on an August 100 f.  day with a four gallon
backpack sprayer strapped on his/her back.
