Hello all,
I have a question about labeling for honey infusions. Suppose I have an
infusion , say of lavender infused honey. I can't call it "lavender honey"
can I, because it's not actually from lavender flowers? So would I have to
call it lavender infused honey or can I come up with a catchy marketable
name?
Thank you for any advice.
