Pat:  You're thinking of "Gangs of Oklahoma"!

After all of the discussion on the list and elsewhere, I broke down
last night and saw Gangs of New York.  Susan astutely characterized
it as Mad Max meets Braveheart with a dash of Captain Hook.
Certainly new mythology.

But my real question for the list is this: when did Bill Lees go to
Hollywood?  If he doesn't show up in Providence with a stovepipe hat
and a belt full of knives, he's missing his cue!  Patrick E. Martin.
